What, How, Why, When of Information We Collect

WHAT: 
[1] We only collect your account user name and the discriminator
[2] Your Guild Name & ID
HOW: 
[1] When a user runs a command that may give you a "virtual" head pat.
[2] These are tracked for our built-in Role or Command restrictions/blacklising. As well as bot auto responses.
WHY & WHEN: 
[1] This information is used to show a "server/guild-only" head pat or cookie leaderboard. The information is only shown when a user run that leaderboard command. The information shown will only contain users in the guild that command was ran in, as well as if a member was ever given a head pat or cookie.
[2] This information is needed to determine what data needs to be called for the necessary action(s).

Data Deletion

- Upon the bot leaving a guild, all guild data will be removed 28 days later. If the bot rejoins the guild, that timer will be reset.
- User data can be requested to be removed upon request. The user must contact the bot developer [below] if the user wants their data removed. The user must provide proof of that account ownership.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the website bot page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
